1. i saw these a long time ago on some cable channel (when i still had a TV)… my dream is to one day co-host a cooking special with him… then i can die professionally fulfilled.

3. I like the fact that you can turn off the monitor, and it sounds like he might be torturing someone. “I cut this fat off…I fold this flap of skin over…This is gonna take a lot of salt.”
